Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler Founder of the Biochemic System of Medicine
Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler (1821–1898), the eminent German physician, laid the scientific foundation of Biochemic Therapy after years of dedicated medical research. He identified that the human body depends on a precise balance of essential inorganic mineral salts for proper cellular function.
His landmark work, “An Abridged Therapy on the Basis of Physiology and Cellular Pathology” (1874), established the principle that disturbances in the quantitative balance of these tissue salts can impair normal cell activity and contribute to disease. Today, his biochemic system continues to support holistic healthcare practices worldwide.
